Land capital and emissions convergence in an extended Green Solow model

Abstract The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the contribution land capital growth emissions and income per capita in long run. We collect new satellite data from Earth Observatory obtain estimates Enhanced Vegetation Index at country level for period 2000–2015. use these World Bank wealth natural calibrate empirically test an extension Green Solow model with degradation investment. show that consistent cross-country variation rates carbon find there convergence global level, investment being negative significant all specifications.
